Firaz lives in the Turkish countryside. After her father’s death, everyone expects her to take care of her grandfather, but she wants to go to the city. While helping to organise the funeral, she impatiently awaits the arrival of her cousin who is supposed to help her find a job. Polish premiere.

A committed photojournalist documenting the activities of Serbian nationalists is threatened. When the aggression begins to affect her daughter, she begins to consider fleeing to Germany, assuming she will be able to safely practise her profession there. Film awarded the Max Ophüls Preis.
