Notes on the ticket registration system

We make every effort to ensure that the online screening access code distribution system works flawlessly. In individual cases, there may be problems with obtaining a return email with access data. The possibility of booking a code for screening is automatically disabled 30 minutes before the start of the selected screening or when the limit of available codes is reached. Codes will be sent from the address publicznosc@lff.lublin.pl 15 minutes before the start of the selected screening to those, who have correctly booked in the system. Please double check the email address provided during the booking process. If you cannot see the message with the code in your email inbox despite the correct booking process, please check your Spam folder or other folders such as Community or Offers. The process of waiting for the code delivery depends on the recipient’s mailbox provider, Internet connection properties (connection speed), and the recipient’s individual computer settings. We recommend using Gmail.
