We invite you to take part in an intergenerational collaborative art installation. Together, we will give new life to objects considered as trash and build a dream city out of them. It doesn’t matter how old you are, where you come from, or what life experience you have. By creating a unique artistic installation, you can express your identity in a creative, metaphorical way and connect it with other elements to form a collective artwork. The workshop will be led by Ukrainian artist Mariia Snisarenko.
Mariia Snisarenko – a graduate of Kherson State University (of Pedagogy and Fine Arts) and the Academy of Art and Design in Łódź. She is an active multidisciplinary artist, cultural animator, and participant in various international art projects. For seven years, she has been running the art-education project #śmietniknazarzewie, which focuses on rescuing “trash” and giving it a second life by creating functional objects and artistic installations.
Workshops for participants aged 9 and up. Limited space. Sign up using the registration form here (click)
Registration is open till November 24. In case of high interest, we reserve the right to close registration earlier.
