About the Beginnings, dir. Karolina Gołębiowska (Poland) 2023, 9’, 4+
Rex is an individual with extremely short arms. They become the object of constant jokes and mockery, as well as the cause of misfortune, failure and rejection. But not for long! Film presented at KFDF „Młodzi i film”.

 

Papirola, dir. Fabián Molinaro (Spain) 2022, 7’, 4+
Nico, an 8-year-old energetic boy, is a master of folding paper. He is preparing for a life-changing voyage. Film presented at Flickerfest ISFF.

 

 

Spuffies, dir. Jaka Ivanc (Slovenia) 2021, 11’, 4+
Spuffies have a serious thing for jubees. When they’ve eaten the very last delicious fruit and hunger is about to strike, they head to the murky forest. Film awarded at Balkanima EAFF.

 

 

After the screening, we invite you to workshops for the whole family, led by Justyna Czarnota.
Justyna Czarnota – theater educator, trainer, curator, cultural manager. She conducts workshops for various institutions and organizations throughout Poland and designs educational and developmental materials. Her main area of interest is contemporary theater for children, adolescents and families, she is particularly interested in performances that experiment with the position of the audience and models of action that strengthen the closeness between people in the audience.
