Lublin Film Festival is an international celebration of cinema and an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest films of emerging stars of world cinematography. LFF All Year Round screenings are replay of festival’s hits which revolve around the same subject matter or are similar in form. In July we will show films from the past editions of the festival that combine the character of a taxi driver.
All the films are subtitled in Polish and English.
Poong Jang, dir. Ji Hun Park (South Korea) 2014, 21’
An older man asks a taxi driver from Seoul to drive him to Sokcho, located at the other end of Korea. The young man needs cash, so he agrees to this unusual course. He doesn’t even know how much this journey will change in his life.

Kostya wants to buy a birthday present for his daughter, but he does not have money. He becomes a taxi-driver for one day. Soon he discovers that this is not an easy job.
