We would like to thank all the Authors who where kind enough to send us their films.
As always, you did not let us down – hundreds of entries from all over the world have become a standard for the Golden Anteaters. This year we have noticed an abundance of films from our eastern neighbours – Ukraine and Russia. Furthermore, we received a lot of full-length films from different countries for the section of the Festival devoted solely to them, which used to be a separate, Full-Length Film Festival. We would like to thank especially those Authors who have just discovered our Festival and have sent us their films for the first time.
The trust you put in us makes us proud, because it is you and your films that create the Golden Anteaters.
The call for entries ends on 1st May 2015. The films received by the Organisers after the deadline (via the Internet as well as traditional mail) will not take part in this year’s selection.
In 2015 the following festivals: Golden Anteaters, Full Length Film Festival and Freaked-Out Films are merged into one festival called Golden Anteaters. It will take place at Centre For Culture (Centrum Kultury) in Lublin on 20 – 28 November. Full Length has become the full-length strand of Golden Anteaters with a separate cash prize and a distinct Jury selected from among our audience by means of a contest. Freaked-Out Films have become the Golden Anteaters’ Offbeat Films Competition.
The Festival’s Programme will be announced as soon as possible.
The prizes – golden anteater statuettes – will be presented to the winners during gala on November 28th.
