DESCRIPTION:Focus: Storytelling is a competition of mid-length and full-length feature productions with a clearly original creative approach, looking for original forms of narration. Both young and experienced filmmakers will compete for the prize. This year 8 films will take part in the competition.\n \nIvo, dir. Eva Trobisch (Germany) 2024, 104’, 18+\nIvo works as a palliative home-care nurse. Every day, she visits families, couples and single people. They live in small flats and large houses. They all have different ways of dealing with the time that remains. In her work, Ivo tries to maintain balance, although she is not particularly successful about it. .From morning to night, Ivo drives around in her old Skoda which she has made into her personal living space. Here, she eats her meals, works, sings, swears and dreams.\nFilm awarded at e.g. Berlin IFF and Hong Kong IFF.\nAfter the screening, we invite you to join a discussion.\n\n
