The producer of the Festival is the Cultural Center in Lublin. The festival organizes working at the Cultural Center Kinoteatr Project.


Although we come from various towns and environments, we all have the love of cinema and the belief in LFF’s values in common. Among us there are people responsible for film selection, fund-raising, partnerships’ development, accompanying events, coordination of the yearlong educational activities as well as social media specialists. We also get support from our devoted volunteers, without whom the dynamic development of our festival wouldn’t be possible.

Maciek Misztal

Initiator and principal of Lublin Film Festival (till year 2016 known as MFF Golden Anteaters). Krzysztof Kieślowski Faculty of Radio and Television University of Silesia graduate in Organization of Film and Television Production studies. Award winning associate producer of documentaries and feature films as well as many television broadcasts including international coproduction. Initiator and host of projects like Warsaw Short Framing and Off na zakręcie. Creator and animator of arthouses. Film workshops for youth instructor.

Andrzej Rusin

Program director of the Festival. Lublin cultural animator, film instructor at the Cultural Center in Lublin. Since 1992, a member of the acting CK Kinoteatr Project coordinator Theatre Cinema Film Wheels, deals workshop with youth work and organization of film screenings. He has participated as an instructor in numerous film educational projects.
In Kinoteatr Project serves as a program director of the Lublin Fil Festival. Coordinator of Lublin edition of the few festivals that promote short auteur cinema.

Emilia Rusin

Graduated from the MFA in Painting and the Culture Management at University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin. The artist painter, co-organizer of the Golden anteaters since 2009.

Krystian Drozd

a film connoisseur, librarian, culture animator. Films have been his passion for over twenty years. Along with Joanna Gładysz, he runs the “Benshi” Film Discussion Club.

Polish studies and Polish Film Academy graduate, culture animator, film educator, the founder of the “Benshi” Film Discussion Club. A mother of two little ones.

Anna Żukowska

Anglophile and thus, English philology graduate. Since 2016, she's been combining her two greatest passions – for film and correcting everyone around her – as the festival's translations' coordinator and reviser.

Olga Zdybel

Lublin’s culture is no stranger to her. Co-organiser of ”Kontestacje” Festival, Teatr Stary volunteer, she works in tanTHEO foundation.

Media pedagogy graduate, film instructor and visual artist. He’s been associated with independent film development in Poland for many years. Co-ordinator of the international film-making marathon KinoEaters taking place during during Lublin Film Festival.

Interior decorator and plumber. Since 2013 photographer at Sztukmistrze Foundation. One of the co-ordinators at EJC 2017 – European Juggling Convention in Lublin. He joined the festival's TV crew in 2016, where he's an operator and editor. Co-creator of the Golden Anteater statuette for the 11th edition of the festival.

Always looking for inspiration, with a passion for creating things, addicted to the cinema. Student of Journalism at Catholic University of Lublin and Digital Technologies at University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin, graduated from cosmetology school as well. She is involved in the festival since 2015, in 2016 she joined the TV crew. She makes translations and runs the festival’s Instagram profile.
